Frank's RedHot smoked chipotle beef burger served in a brioche bun with guacamole and all the trimmings!

  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 red onion cut into thin slices
  • 8 streaky bacon rashes
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices

  • 800g coarse beef mince, 10% fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Frank's RedHot Smoke Chipotle Craft Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 spring onions, finely slices
  • Juice ½ lime
  • Pinch chilli flakes
  • 6 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped roughly
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the burgers together in a bowl. Divide the meat into 4 and shape into burgers. Leave in the fridge to set for at least 30 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together all the ingredients for the guacamole in a small bowl and leave covered in the fridge until you are ready to assemble the burger.
  3. These burgers can either be cooked on the BBQ or in a griddle pan on the hob. When you are ready to cook, heat the griddle pan or BBQ and put the burger patties straight on. Cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes each side, turning once and top with a slice of cheese a minute before you are ready to serve. At the same time, put the bacon on to cook until crisp and toast the brioche buns until warm and golden.
  4. To assemble the delicious burgers, lay the cheese topped patties onto the bottom of the brioche bun. Add 2 rashes of crispy bacon, some red onion rings and top generously with guacamole.
