OLD BAY fans rejoice - you can now make your very own OLD BAY Seasoning Hot Chocolate! This rich, dreamy cocoa concoction is chocolatey in all the ways it should be, with a subtle hint of OLD BAY in every sip.

  • 125g sugar
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 50g cup nonfat powdered milk
  • 75g unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons OLD BAY Seasoning, plus more to serve
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 litre whole milk
  • Whipped cream, to serve

  1. To make your OLD BAY Hot Chocolate, place sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, chocolate, cornstarch, OLD BAY Seasoning and vanilla in food processor. Process until well blended and finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat whole milk in large saucepan on medium heat until steaming, stirring occasionally. Stir in OLD BAY Hot Chocolate mixture with wire whisk until well blended. Bring to simmer; whisk 1 minute until slightly thickened. Serve immediately with whipped cream and a sprinkle of OLD BAY.
